I hosted the Minnesota Vikings partners / spouses for a semi-private experience at Rescue Spa Philadelphia before the pre-season game. From the beginning, the Executive GM Tim went above and beyond to make the experience special. From creating a custom catering space and implementing champagne upon arrival - the team truly made this an experience to remember. Our group is accustomed to incredible spas, but Rescue Spa Philadelphia takes the award for the best. From the respective treatments to the welcoming environment this is something our group will remember for a long time. Already looking forward to the next trip to Philly! The atmosphere and vibe of this spa is unmatched! I had my first bio lift this past weekend with Nicole. It was amazing, I am loving my results. She recommended the D22 Tonic which I am now obsessed with. Definitely recommend!

(to the tune of "I Forgot That You Existed" by Taylor Swift) How many days did I spend Making a to-do list much too long long long Since becoming a parent My time for self-care was gone, gone, gone... but my birthday was coming up (oh yeah) And ya girl needed a treat (heck yeah) Head to the Square for something nice... Tried not to think about the price And then something happened that magical day I remembered that I existed. And taking a break didn't kill me, no it didn't.... It was so niceeeeee. So peaceful and quietttttt. I remembered I existed This is self-love, you shouldn't wait It makes a difference. We'll start with the obvious here - sometimes a Rescue requires a splurge. But if you're in the mood for a true escape from reality and a visit to the ultimate self-care paradise, Rescue Spa is the place. For my birthday, all I wanted/needed was pampering and some uninterrupted ME time to read a book in the middle of the day. I booked an hour in the relaxation room (think private infrared sauna with customizable colored lighting, temps, seemingly INFINITE fluffy towels, a couple of FIJI water bottles) and the ultimate boujie shower (with different pressures to massage, some of the most luxe products I'd ever seen, and a bluetooth connection for your music. Heaven (or so I thought, until I made it over to my facial). My aesthetician listened to my concerns, my typical routine, and transported me into 90 minutes of lotions and potions, a few VERY gentle extractions, massage, some work with the Ionixlight - I truly left feeling like a changed woman. The little checkin space was pretty cute, too - though since I had the relaxation room, it wasn't really necessary but I did grab a glass of spa water on my way out. One MAJOR pro - I never felt PRESSURED to purchase anything above and beyond. I mentioned this was a splurge kind of experience for me and I'm pretty low-maintenance in general, but even if I hadn't they wouldn't have PUSHED me to purchase anything. I did end up getting one of the signature Danucera products, the Cerabalm, as it was so unlike anything else I had in my arsenal and I'm excited to add to my routine. If I could rate this 10 stars I would - #treatyoself destination for SURE!
